Payment information: We use Stripe to process payments. We do not store your full card details on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data they process.
Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and interactions with the platform to help us improve the service.
3. How we use your information
We use your personal information to:
- Provide and operate the Aubis platform
- Match clients with suitable consultants
- Process payments and manage escrow
- Verify consultant credentials and quality
- Send service-related communications
- Improve and develop the platform
- Comply with legal obligations
4. Information sharing
We share limited profile information between clients and consultants as part of the introduction and engagement process. This is the core function of the platform.
We use the following third-party services that may process your data:
- Supabase (database and authentication hosting)
- Stripe (payment processing)
- Vercel (website hosting)
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
5. Data retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial record-keeping purposes.
